The summary

This isn't a before-and-after flip ... it's the other kind of win. Funded Trader Markets runs a high volume of reviews, and payout disputes keep generating new negative reviews every week, the same as they do for any prop firm. We removed a large number of reviews that violated Trustpilot's guidelines. New negative ones kept arriving, as they always will in this industry. At the same time, we drove more genuine 5-star reviews from real customers.

Net result: the score held and climbed slightly ... from 3.7 to 3.8 ... while under constant new pressure. For a firm this size, that's the actual job: not a one-time fix, but keeping the score moving in the right direction while the disputes keep coming.
