What we need from you.
We keep this list short on purpose ... the less access we ask for, the faster we can start, and the easier it is for you to say yes.
For an audit (free, no commitment)
- Your Trustpilot profile link, at minimum
- Optional, for a fuller assessment: Trustpilot Business profile login, the registered account email, and read access to your CRM/support system
For negative review removal
- Trustpilot Business profile login (admin access)
- Access to the registered Trustpilot email (and any past email used with the account)
- Read access to your CRM/support system, so we can back disputes with real evidence
- If 2FA is on: OTP codes as needed, or temporarily disabled during setup
For the positive review funnel
- Trustpilot Business profile access
- Access to your customer communication channels (email/SMS) or CRM/support system
- A dedicated, unlisted page on your own website with just the official Trustpilot widget ... we'll tell you exactly what this needs to look like
- Whatever incentive you want to offer participating customers (a credit, a free month, etc.) ... that part is on you to provide and fund
For ongoing reply management and monitoring
- Trustpilot Business profile access
- Your brand voice / response guidelines, if you have them
What we do with your access
Everything is kept confidential, used only for the work you've hired us for, and returned or deleted once we're done. We never share credentials outside the team working your account.
