We don't ask for your money first. We ask for a shot.

Most agencies want a retainer before they've done anything. We don't work that way ... not because we're generous, but because it's the only pitch that makes sense when the thing you're selling is "trust us with your reputation."

Here's how the pilot actually works:

Step 1

We start removing negative reviews that violate Trustpilot's guidelines, and building the funnel that brings in real positive reviews.

Step 2

Nothing gets invoiced yet.

Step 3

Once a negative review is actually taken down, and once a positive review has stayed live long enough to count (7 days, unremoved), that's when it becomes billable.

Step 4

You pay per removed negative review and per qualifying positive review. Nothing upfront. Nothing for reviews that don't stick.

If we don't get results, you don't pay us. If we do, the invoice is proof of exactly what we did ... you're never paying for effort, only for outcomes that are already live on your profile.

Why we work this way

Because "trust us" is a bad pitch for a reputation company to make. Showing you the removed reviews and the new 5-stars before asking for a cent is a better one.

What happens after the pilot

Once your score has moved and the funnel is running, most clients move to an ongoing plan covering monitoring, reply management, and continued review disputes ... because a Trustpilot score isn't something you fix once. New complaints don't stop coming. Neither does the work.
